Farrell Independent Ltd was set up in December 2002 by the managing director Brendan Farrell who first joined the mortgage industry in 1989.
Our head office is located in Carshalton Beeches, Surrey and is easily accessible by road and public transport with the Carshalton Beeches and Carshalton mainline train stations only a short distance away.
We have over 100 years of mortgage experience here at Farrell Independent and all of our advisors and admin staff all hold the Certificate in Mortgage Advice and Practice (CeMap) qualification which means we are fully qualified to give mortgage and protection advice. In addition to this, Brendan Farrell also holds the Certificate in Regulated Equity Release (CeRer) qualification.
